Bradley Moore
(Founder & Managing Director)

Bradley has headed up and built some of the most successful and awarded media teams in the business (Agency.com, Agency Republic, and Blue Barracuda). 16 years of agency side experience (5 years offline, 11 years Digital) has seen Bradley specializing in cross-platform media strategy and planning/buying for numerous well known global clients.

 

Major Accolades include being part of the team which was awarded "Agency of the Year" four years consecutively, launching brand and DR media for O2 Mobile in 2002, and negotiating a global ‘media first’ for them on MSN IM, which was quoted by Bill Gates as “delivering record breaking results”. Other major clients include: BBC World Service,  Blockbuster, Heineken, LOVEFiLM, British Airways, Pizza Hut, ebookers, and WeightWatchers.

 

James Aitken
(Chairman L.P)

James is the Chairman of the The Digital Tribe Group of companies. James operates the investmensts of The Digital Tribe L.P which invests in startup digital media businesses. Investments thus far; The Digital Tribe Agency, The Exchange Lab, The Trade Desk, Appsavvy and Adconian.

 

After holding advertising media directorships at Avenue A and Sympatico, James founded MediaBrokers in 2001 helping web publishers monetize their unsold online media space and TechnologyBrokers which represented Atlas Digital Marketing Technologies in Europe. Both businesses were acquired ultimately by Microsoft in June 2007.

 

James also founded IASH (Internet Advertising Sales Houses) within the IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) which encourages best practices amongst online advertising networks in the UK.

 

Originally from Canada, James's previous career was in reforestation where he co-founded and managed Renaissance Reforestation in 1990 before successfully selling the company in 1996. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Dalhousie, Halifax/Nova Scotia in Canada.
